Indu Varma is an Attorney at law, admitted to practice in New York State, Southern District and Eastern District Courts. She is also an Advocate, admitted to practice law in India and a registered patent agent (patent attorney). In addition, she is admitted to practice in DIFC Court, Dubai. As an internationally qualified mediator, Indu helps parties resolve complex commercial and cross-border disputes through confidential, efficient, and practical mediation. She is an IMI Qualified Mediator and holds internationally recognized mediation certifications from the International Mediation Institute (IMI), Civil Mediation Council (CMC, UK), Singapore International Mediation Institute (SIMI), and ADR-ODR International.​

 

Indu is also an accomplished author of fiction, short stories, and educational publications. Her debut crime novel, Forest Avenue Murder, draws on her legal background and her passion for compelling storytelling.
